Meet the Staff

Greg Allen, Executive Director
Greg assumed the role of Executive Director in January 2006.  He began tutoring at IMPACT in 1993 and coordinated the God’s Gym program from 1996-2001.

He graduated from LSU with a degree in Mechanical Engineering and from the University of New Orleans with an MBA.  He is also a graduate of USI with a Master of Arts in Liberal Studies.  His focus of study addressed methods and means of improving conditions of the impoverished–specifically through the efforts of faith-based organizations.

Greg is a member of Christian Fellowship Church and has served in youth programs since 1994.

Linda Baker, Adult Program Director and Office Administrator
Linda oversees the Life Transformation Challenge and coordinates instructors for all ten adult classes.  She coordinates our facility schedule, maintains all personnel records, handles daily accounting issues, ensures we are in compliance with all applicable regulations, creates and maintains office procedures, and –while performing all these tasks–Linda is the cheerful voice answering the phone and the first smiling face you see as you enter the building.

Linda leads praise and worship at Holy Trinity Church of God in Christ.

Sean Little, Music Ministry

Sean directs IMPACT’s Hip-Hop 101 program. In 2010 he joined IMPACT: constructing the IMPACT Studio, which he oversees & launching the Hip-Hop 101 curriculum, which he teaches. Simultaneously, he serves within the YCC juvenile detention center on a weekly/bi-weekly basis.

After nearly a decade of youth ministry work & rapping himself, Sean joined IMPACT with a Bachelors in Communication from the University of Cincinnati, to engage their community development work, specifically pursuing impoverished urban adolescents through the culture and art of hip-hop. Additionally, Sean continues creating, performing, and touring his own hip-hop music.

Currently, he’s enrolled at the University of Southern Indiana earning a Secondary Teaching License in English.
